Video Shows Driver Appearing To Purposefully Strike Bicyclist

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A driver was caught on camera appearing to run down a bicyclist on purpose Thursday morning.
The NYPD says the driver and the bicyclist got into a fight around 9 a.m. near West 24th Street and 12th Avenue, and then it got physical.
Video shows the driver hitting the man on the bike.
Police say both men had left the scene when officers got there, but they took a complaint for reckless endangerment.
Both the NYPD and the FDNY are investigating.
