Organizers call the show a New York tradition.

"This is the best place to see and shop, compare models side by side," Boat Show spokesperson Carrie Waible told CBS2's Vanessa Murdock.

Waible says 350 water crafts for all budgets and lifestyles can be found at the event.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo stopped by to officially open the show.
