Nathan's Breaks Guinness World Record For Longest Line Of Hot Dogs
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs now holds the Guinness World Record for "Longest Line of Hot Dogs."
In honor of its 100th anniversary, Nathan's broke the record by placing 1,916 hot dogs end-to-end during an event Friday at Grand Central Terminal.

It added up to more than 950 feet of hot dogs, smashing the previous record set in Tokyo in 2014 by more than 100 feet.

Nathan's hot dog eating champion Joey Chestnut placed the final frank.
"They're trusting me to lay the last one down without eating it," Chestnut told 1010 WINS before the event.
We did it! Tune into 6:50 minutes in to see Nathan's break the Guinness World Records title for Longest line of hot dogs! In celebration of our 100th anniversary, we broke the record with 1,916 hot dogs which measured 958 feet.
