MUST-WATCH: Harlem Globetrotter Sets World Record With Incredible Backwards Shot

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Why be satisfied with one world record when you can have two?

Harlem Globetrotters sharpshooter Corey "Thunder" Law -- whose 109-foot-9-inch shot set a new all-time mark last year -- was at it again recently, hitting a backwards shot from 82 feet, 2 inches with a Guinness World Records official on hand.

He broke the old record for longest backwards basketball shot by 10 feet, according to a statement posted to the Globetrotters' official website on Wednesday.

Law hit both record-breakers at U.S. Airways Center in Phoenix.

"It was incredible to have the opportunity to break a record last year, and this year, it was just as extraordinary," he said.
