The Museum of Ice Cream will open its doors for a limited engagement on 100 Gansevoort Street on July 29 -- just a few short steps from the High Line (a perfect place to walk off all those sugary delights after your visit.)

Through the month of August, visitors can view the spectacular sprinkle swimming pool, swing on an ice cream sandwich, indulge in an interactive chocolate room and gawk at a massive ice cream sundae.

There's also opportunities to customize your own ice cream experience using the museum's app and try some local ice cream offerings from staples like Black Tap and Brooklyn's OddFellows Ice Cream Co.

The pop-up will close its doors on Aug. 31, so be sure to snag a ticket early if you're looking to rendezvous in this delectable dairy wonderland. Tickets are $18 for adults ($30 for couples), $12 for senior citizens and children under 12. Tickets come with free ice cream!
