MTA Increasing Bus Service As NYC Students Head Back To School

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The MTA will increase service when most New York City students head back to school.

Buses will add nearly 1,000 weekday trips beginning Oct. 1.

A total of 105 buses are being added to routes.

Transit workers will also hand out masks to help students stay safe.
