MTA: Illegally parked truck led to crash between bus, box truck

NEW YORK -- An illegally parked truck caused a crash with a bus on the Upper East Side, the MTA said. 

The truck was allegedly parked in the bus stop at East 85th Street and Lexington Avenue on Thursday morning.

A second truck crashed into the bus when the bus driver stopped to pick up passengers away from the curb. 

Two passengers on the bus had minor injuries. No one in the truck was hurt.
