Homeowners Lay Out Welcome Mat For Annual Mount Morris Park House Tour

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Come on in! Homeowners in Harlem's historic Mount Morris Park neighborhood are laying out the welcome mat for the 27th annual neighborhood house tour.
