More Than 90 Dogs Rescued From Puppy Mill Up For Adoption On Long Island

PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) – More than 90 dogs rescued from a puppy mill are up for adoption at the North Shore Animal League.

The Dogs were rescued from a commercial breeding facility in the Midwest, shelter manager Christina Travalja told 1010 WINS.

The lovable pups include Poodles, Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, Miniature Pinchers and many others.

According to the shelter, the dogs have been well taken care of, including medical and behavioral evaluations, as well as been spayed or neutered.
