Miya Ponsetto Due In Court To Face Charges In SoHo Hotel Confrontation

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Miya Ponsetto, who falsely accused a Black teenager of stealing her cellphone at a SoHo hotel, is expected to make a court appearance Monday.
The 22-year-old faces attempted robbery, attempted assault and other charges.
She's accused of violently confronting Keyon Harrold Jr. last December claiming he stole her device.
On Friday, the teen's family announced a lawsuit against Ponsetto, the Arlo Hotel, the hotel manager and its parent company.
