Missing Police K-9 Found Safe In Hudson Valley

LLOYD, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) -- An upstate New York police K-9 was found safe after running off after a deer in Highland on Thursday.

Falcone, who belongs to the Lloyd Police Department, was returned to his handler on Saturday, CBS 2 reported.

The K-9 is named after police officer Joe Falcone, who was killed in the line of duty in February, 2011.
