Body Recovered From Mahwah Pond In Search For Missing Paddle Boarder

MAHWAH, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- Divers recovered a body after searching a New Jersey lake for a missing paddle boarder Tuesday.

Investigators say the 24-year-old man lost his balance and fell off his board into Dators Pond in Mahwah on Monday evening.

His brother managed to make it out of the water safely.

The pond can be up to 60 feet deep in some areas.

The victim's identity has not been released.

Last week, a 21-year-old man died after jumping into a lake at nearby Darlington County Park.
