Man With Cerebral Palsy Missing From East Harlem

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police late Friday were searching for a man with cerebral palsy who suffers from seizures, who vanished Friday from East Harlem.

Joshua Bivens, 24, was last seen around 3:30 p.m. boarding a Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus heading south on Second Avenue at 105th Street, police said.

He was described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and 180 pounds with brown eyes, black afro-style hair, and a full beard, police said.

He was last seen wearing beige cargo shorts, a black T-shirt, black boots and carrying a black and grey nylon bag, police said.

Police have released Biven's photo.

Anyone with information was asked to call police.
