BAYONNE, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- The U.S. Coast Guard on Thursday suspended its search for a crewman who went missing from a ship.

The crew aboard the freighter Ibrahim Dede alerted the Coast Guard on Tuesday afternoon that the man was last reported on board the 600-foot ship after departing Bayonne, New Jersey.
