Sisters, Ages 2 And 3, Reported Missing In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are trying to find young sisters who were reported missing over the weekend in Brooklyn.

The children, identified as 2-year-old Tiye Macon and 3-year-old Destiny McCoy, were last seen around 10 a.m. Saturday at the corner of Pennsylvania Avenue and Sutter Avenue.

That's where police said they were dropped off by their foster parents for a court-ordered visitation with their biological mother, who was supposed to return them to the same location later that afternoon.

Police said the mother and two girls never showed up and their whereabouts remain unknown.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), visit www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or text tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
