Nets' Teletovic Probable For Game 2 Against Hawks

ATLANTA (CBSNewYork/AP) — The Brooklyn Nets say forward Mirza Teletovic is probable for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference playoff series against top-seeded Atlanta after missing nearly three months because of blood clots.

Teletovic was ruled out for the season in January, but his condition improved and he was cleared to play last week. He went through his third full practice at Georgia Tech, where the Nets worked out in preparation for Wednesday's game against the Hawks.

Atlanta leads the best-of-seven series after winning the opener 99-92.

Nets coach Lionel Hollins isn't saying that Teletovic will get in the game, only that he is "probable of being on the roster."

Teletovic averaged 8.5 points a game before shortness of breath Jan. 22 led to the discovery of multiple blood clots in his lungs.

"I've gone through a lot in my life, but I've always considered myself a fighter," he said in March. "I'm pretty lucky."
