UPDATE: Man Accused Of Raping Massage Parlor Employee In Queens Arrested

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police say the man accused of raping a massage parlor employee in Queens has been taken into custody.

The attack happened around 2:30 p.m. Saturday near 37th Avenue and Main Street in Flushing.

Police said 21-year-old Terrell Green posed as a customer and asked for a foot massage. Once he was alone with the 56-year-old worker, he allegedly pinned her against the massage table and raped her.

The Bronx resident is also accused of stealing her cellphone but dropped it as he fled, police said.

The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

"It's hard to believe it's actually happening around here," said one woman who works on the block. "It's so close to me."

Police said Green has been charged with rape, robbery, two counts of burglary, and grand larceny.
