Chef Mark Bailey Cooks Up Some Memorial Day Dishes

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Private Chef Mark Bailey spent Sunday morning at the CBS2 studios offering up suggestions for your Memorial Day celebration.

Interviewed by CBS2's Diane Macedo and Andrea Grymes, Bailey first whipped up some patriotic brunch items, including red, white and blue parfait and red, white and blueberry crisp.  Click on the video player above to see them. 

He then showed off some spicy side dishes, such as a jerk coleslaw and mango potato salad.

And then for the main course, Bailey cooked up grilled veggie sandwiches, peppercorn gouda sliders and more.
