Marine Slashed In Fight Outside Midtown East Bar
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A U.S. Marine was slashed Wednesday night during a quarrel outside bar in Midtown East, police said.
The attack happened around 8 p.m. outside the Turtle Bay New York City bar at Second Avenue and 52nd Street, police told CBS2.
The victim was involved in a quarrel with a group when he was slashed in the right shoulder, police said.
Police confirmed that the victim was a U.S. Marine.
He suffered minor injuries and was taken to Bellevue Hospital Center, police said.
