Man, Woman Hospitalized After Car Runs Off Road Into Bronx River

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- A car ran off of South Harney Road and into the Bronx River in Eastchester, on Saturday.

Two people were removed from the vehicle, the male driver was taken to Westchester County Medical Center, and a female who was in cardiac arrest was taken to Lawrence Hospital. Both were listed in critical condition, 1010 WINS reported.

The cause of the accident remains unclear.
