Man Slashed In The Face Aboard Subway In Manhattan

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - An argument in the subway on the Upper West Side ended with a man slashed in the face.

It happened just after noon on the platform of the Broadway 96th street station.

Police say two men got into some altercation and one of the pulled out a knife, cutting the other on his face.

The suspect took off northbound on Broadway. Police are still looking for him.

The victim was taken to St. Luke's Hospital. There was no word on his condition.

The suspect is still at large.
