Man Shot In Head In Hamilton Heights

NEW YORK (CBS New York) -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting at the Village Fried Chicken in Hamilton Heights.

The incident happened just after 2 a.m. Sunday morning.

When police officers arrived they found a man with a gunshot wound to the head.

Police believe there was some kind of dispute that lead to the shooting.
