Man Shot Dead In Harlem Bar

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police on Wednesday were searching for a suspect after a man was shot and killed inside a bar in Harem.

Shortly after 3 a.m. Wednesday, police were dispatched to the P.J.'s Bar and Lounge, at 2256 Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. near 133rd St., for a call of a man shot.

They found the 33-year-old victim with a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The man's identity had not been released Wednesday night, pending family notification.

The investigation continued Wednesday night.
