Man Held In Deadly Stabbing Of Roommate In East Flatbush, Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police apprehended a man Monday in connection with the fatal stabbing of his roommate in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.

Around 5:20 a.m., police were dispatched to a building at 96th Street and Rutland Road in Brooklyn, where they found Enrique Galloway, 30, with multiple stab wounds to his body, police said.

Galloway was taken to Kings County Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

A 32-year-old man was apprehended at the scene, police said. Police told CBS 2 the man was Galloway's roommate.

No charges had been issued as of just before 8 p.m. Monday, and the investigation continued.
