NEW YORK (WLNY) -- Proms are a rite of passage for many teens, but for some kids the beloved tradition is just a dream.

The Couch is making one 16-year-old girl's dream come true with a special makeover.

Meet Yahaira, the deserving young woman, and the team behind her new look -- stylist Lily Kaplan from ModaVive.com, hairstylist Arsen Gurgov from Louis Licari Salon and makeup artist Ashleigh Ciucci from Hair Room Service.
