NYPD: Car Overturns On Major Deegan Expressway, 3 Injured

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- All lanes of the Major Deegan Expressway have been reopened after a serious accident early Thursday morning.
The crash occurred at around 2 a.m. near West 233rd Street, CBS2 reported.

According to police, a car struck the divider and overturned. Three people inside the vehicle were taken to Saint Barnabas Hospital. Two of the victims are in stable condition and the third is in serious condition, police said.
An investigation is ongoing.
