LI Mom Helps Launch First-Ever 'MommaCon' Event

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - One Long Island mother's quest for information has turned into the first-ever MommaCon.

Founder Jeannine Henvey sat down with CBS 2's Diane Macedo on Sunday to talk about how her big idea turned into a huge event.

MommaCon offers parents one place to get lots of tips on raising kids. There is also information to help mothers make their lives easier.

MommaCon runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at LIU Post College in Brookville. For more information, click here.
