It has been more than two years, but police say they have caught the man responsible for sending a white powdery substance to an office building in East Garden City.

Leslie Feher, 74, has been accused of sending the powder along with some anti-Semitic remarks.

A worker at the building opened the letter and was worried after getting some of the substance on her fingers, WCBS-880's Sophia Hall reported.

The powder was not hazardous.

Feher is scheduled to appear in court in August. He faces four years in prison if convicted.
