NYPD: Manhattan Metro PCS Store Robbed At Knifepoint

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for two men in connection to a robbery at a Metro PCS store in Manhattan on Saturday afternoon.

According to police, the incident happened at around 7:05 p.m. at a Metro PCS location on St. Nicholas Avenue near West 145th Street.

Police say one of the men pulled a knife on an employee behind the register and demanded cash, while the other suspect acted as a lookout.

The employee gave the men an undetermined amount of cash, police said. The men then fled the scene.,

The NYPD describes the suspects as to men between 18 and 25 years old. Surveillance video of the suspects can be viewed above.
