Knicks Sign Guard Ricky Ledo To Second 10-Day Contract

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) — The New York Knicks signed guard Ricky Ledo to a second 10-day contract on Sunday.

The 6-foot-7 Ledo is averaging 7.2 points in 18.5 minutes per game in five games with the Knicks. The 22-year-old also appeared in five games for Dallas this season.

Teams can sign players to two consecutive 10-day contracts. If the Knicks want to keep Ledo beyond the expiration of this deal, they would have to sign him for the remainder of the season.

New York has already done that this season with Langston Galloway, Lou Amundson and Lance Thomas. They were all signed to 10-day deals around midseason.
