Road To Reopening: Junior's Cheesecake Reopens Times Square Restaurant, Offers Free Mini Cheesecakes To Customers With Proof Of COVID Vaccination

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Junior's Cheesecake held a grand reopening at its restaurant in Times Square on Thursday.

Sen. Chuck Schumer was there for the occasion. He says he's been a lifelong fan of Junior's Cheesecake and he's glad to see them open and baking again.

Junior's is a third-generation family-owned business.

To celebrate, they're giving away a free mini-cupcake cheesecake for those who show proof of their COVID-19 vaccination.
