NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- For nearly 200 years the Jewish Board has been helping individuals to realize their potential and live as independently as possible.

The non-profit organization serves more than 43,000 clients each year.

Recently, the group was given $75 million for essential programs and services.

On Saturday, Jewish Board CEO David Rivel stopped by the CBS2 studio to talk more about how the organization helps the most vulnerable New Yorkers.
