Hundreds Climb Citi Field Stairs To Raise Money For Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Hundreds of people headed to Citi Field on Sunday morning for a great cause: helping those with cystic fibrosis.

It was the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Greater New York Chapter's CF Climb.

Nick Talbot, who has CF, stopped by the CBS2 studios to preview the event.

"There'll be hundreds of us going up more than 2,000 stairs there to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which helps essentially fund a lot of the breakthrough medications that are needed for people with cystic fibrosis," he told CBS2's Steve Overmyer.
