Bernadette Peters To Star In Hello Dolly! As Bette Midler Departs

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Two time Tony Award winner Bernadette Peters will return to Broadway in Hello Dolly!
She'll succeed Bette Midler who won a Tony Award this year, playing the iconic matchmaker Dolly Levi.
The hit musical revival picked up four Tonys.
Midler will depart the musical on January 14, Peters' first performance is January 20.
