3 Killed, 1 Hurt In Morning Attack Outside Jerusalem, Israel

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An attacker opened fire early Tuesday morning at the entrance to a town outside Jerusalem, killing three Israeli men and critically wounding a fourth.

The attacker, a 37-year-old Palestinian, apparently approached an entrance to the town of Har Adar, an upscale suburb west of Jerusalem.

He hid among day laborers being checked by security forces, CBS News reported.

He then pulled out a weapon and opened fire.

The attacker was then fatally shot by other forces at the scene.
