Residual Delays After Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer Closes Upper Level Of George Washington Bridge

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Traffic is moving again after a fuel spill from a jackknifed tractor-trailer briefly closed the upper level of the George Washington Bridge Monday morning.

It happened around 10:45 a.m. on the inbound upper deck of the bridge.

Few details are known, but the accident caused heavy delays in both directions as crews worked to move the truck from the road. Drivers should expect residual delays.
