Plane Grinds Propeller Into Ground At Greenwood Lake Air Show In N.J.

WEST MILFORD, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- An incident briefly delayed the Greenwood Lake Air Show in West Milford, New Jersey Sunday.

A plane was taxiing off the runway when the pilot applied too much brake, causing the nose of the plane to tip down and the propeller to make contact with the ground, according to show's coordinator.

The incident happen at around 12:45 p.m. and the plane sustained front-end damage, WCBS 880 reported.

There were no injuries.

The show was delayed for 10 minutes.

The annual Greenwood Lake Air Show was held Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
