Greenwich Village Building Evacuated Due To Unstable Facade

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - The Department of Buildings is on the scene of a building on Christopher Street that appears to have an unstable facade.

The building, located at Christopher Street & Bleecker, was evacuated as a precaution Wednesday morning.

There are 22 apartments in the landmark building.

Bricks may have fallen from the front of the six story structure.
