NYPD: Suspects Sought In String Of Violent Muggings In Greenpoint, Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a group of four men wanted in a string of robberies in Brooklyn.

According to the NYPD, the suspects robbed four men in Greenpoint between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. last Sunday.

The victims, who were all men between the ages of 26 and 34, were robbed of cellphones, cash, credit cards and other items, police said.

In one case, the victim needed eight stitches to close a gash to his chin after one of the suspects allegedly hit him in the face with an unknown object.

Police have released surveillance images of two of the suspects.
