Crash Snarls Traffic On The George Washington Bridge

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Heavy delays on the George Washington Bridge following a crash involving an overturned vehicle during the morning rush Friday.
At one point, all lanes had been blocked on the outbound upper level of the bridge, but they have since reopened.
The GWB Upper to NJ is experiencing delays due to an earlier accident. All lanes have been reopened. [02]

Residual delays are back across the length of the Cross Bronx with at least a one-hour wait inbound on the inbound side.
