George Washington Bridge Inbound Upper Lanes Reopen Following Wreck

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The upper New York-bound levels of the George Washington Bridge have reopened following an accident involving two tractor-trailers Sunday.

The accident resulted in fuel spilling and debris being scattered on the span, WCBS 880's Emiliy West reported. The lanes were closed for about 45 minutes.

The Port Authority says there are traffic delays of 6o to 90 minutes on the upper level, but no delays on the lower level.
