Port Authority to take action against truck company, driver in crash on George Washington Bridge
NEW YORK -- Monday morning's drive into Manhattan via the George Washington Bridge was a challenge.
A crash involving a tractor trailer caused debris to spill on the upper deck and blocked several inbound lanes during the morning rush.
