Fuel Spill Snarls Traffic On George Washington Bridge
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An accident involving a truck with a fuel spill is snarling traffic on the George Washington Bridge.
The accident on the inbound upper level, closed all but one lane for most of the morning rush hour.

All lanes were reopened around 8:30 a.m. with residual delays of up to two hours.
