Emergency Maintenance Snarls George Washington Bridge Traffic
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Emergency maintenance snarled traffic Tuesday on the George Washington Bridge.
Two lanes of the upper level to New Jersey were closed for the emergency work.
At one point, the Port Authority said it was causing delays of 90 minutes while the lower was seeing delays of 60 minutes as a result of those repairs.
The GWB Upper to NJ is experiencing a delay of 90 minutes due to emergency maintenance. [13]
