PHOTOS: Gunman Opens Fire At Fort Lauderdale Airport, Killing 5 And Wounding 8

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (CBSNewYork) - A gunman opened fire in the baggage claim area of Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, killing five and wounding at least eight.

The suspect has been identified as 26-year-old Esteban Santiago-Ruiz, originally from New Jersey. It appears he traveled from Alaska with gun checked in his bag. When he landed, he allegedly collected his bags, loaded the gun, and opened fire.
