First Responders Revive Man Who Suffered Heart Attack In Long Island Community Pool

LONG ISLAND, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - First responders rescued a man who suffered a heart attack in a pool on Long Island.

Chopper 2 was over the pool at Syosset-Woodbury Park, where it happened around 11 a.m. Monday.

Oyster Bay officials said the man was not alert when lifeguards pulled him out of the water.

They were able to revive the man with a defibrillator.

The man was taken to the hospital, but there was no word Monday evening on his condition.
