Firefighters, Civilian Injured In Queens Three-Alarm Fire

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Nine firefighters and one civilian sustained minor injuries in a residential three-alarm fire in Queens Saturday, 1010 WINS reported.

The fire was reported at about 11:04 a.m., on the fourth, fifth and sixth floor through the roof.  It was escalated to a three-alarm fire at 12:19 p.m.

Two of the sixth-floor apartments had "Collyers' Mansion Condition," which made the fire harder to fight, WINS reported.
