2 Sisters Escape Abduction Attempt In Far Rockaway, Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police late Thursday were investigating an attempted abduction in Far Rockaway, Queens.
Two sisters, ages 8 and 10, were approached by a man driving a minivan near 6-27 Lanett Ave., around 5:30 p.m. Thursday, sources told CBS2.
The unidentified man tried to lure the girls into his gray Honda Odyssey, which had damage to its rear bumper, sources said.
The girls escaped unharmed, sources said.
Police late Thursday were searching for the vehicle.
