Family Connection May Be Behind Greater Local Support For Broncos In Super Bowl XLVIII

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - It appears New Yorkers prefer Denver over Seattle in the Super Bowl.

As WCBS 880 Long Island Bureau Chief Mike Xirinachs reported, based on the sale of Broncos and Seahawks gear at the Modell's in Farmingdale, it seems Long Islanders are behind Denver.

It may have to do with a star player's connection to the area.
