AMBER Alert Canceled For 3-Year-Old Girl Abducted In East Harlem
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police have canceled an AMBER alert that was issued for a 3-year-old girl abducted in East Harlem.
The child was taken around noon Tuesday at 345 East 102nd St., police said.
The alert was canceled around 3:15 p.m. after the child was found safe.

Authorities had also been looking for Patrick Giblin. Police said he was seen leaving a mental health clinic with the child.
He is now in custody, officials said.
